Do you love being outdoors and take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful gardens? At Your Service Property Maintenance is looking for a motivated **Casual Gardener/Offsider** to join our friendly team that’s dedicated to _making life easier_ for our clients.

**About the Role**

We’re seeking a **reliable, honest, and hardworking** gardener who enjoys being part of a team and working outdoors. You’ll assist our garden crews in maintaining and improving gardens across Sydney South, developing hands-on horticultural skills along the way.
This casual role is ideal for someone wanting to build their skills in a supportive, professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in garden maintenance and landscape improvement projects
- Develop horticultural knowledge — plant care, pest and disease management, pruning, mulching, and more
- Work collaboratively with experienced gardeners to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Maintain clear, respectful communication with your team and supervisors
- Take pride in presentation, safety, and quality of work

**Requirements**:

- Ability to meet Team Leader at job sites (St George, Sutherland, Campbelltown, or Liverpool areas) by 6:30 AM
- Driver’s licence and vehicle desirable
- Passion for gardening and outdoor work
- Punctual, reliable, and presentable
- Positive, proactive attitude and respectful demeanour
- Double COVID-19 vaccination (for government compliance)
- Police check (provided at offer stage)
- Trade qualification or horticultural experience is an advantage but not essential

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 36 per week
