About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team at The Dust Detail in Menai NSW. As a full-time House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our valued clients in the Sutherland Shire area.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly cleaning residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising all areas
  • Paying close attention to detail to ensure a spotless clean every time
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to client requests
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to our company's cleaning standards
  • Ensuring all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and organised
  • Collaborating with the team to optimise cleaning efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a professional cleaning role, preferably within the residential cleaning industry
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and properties
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently at client sites
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our company's cleaning procedures and methods
