We are looking for a dynamic Project and Training Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our projects run smoothly, our teams are mobilised efficiently, and our workforce remains skilled, safe, and compliant.
About the Role
As our Project and Training Coordinator, you will be the central link between project teams, HR, HSEQ, and operations - ensuring that every mobilisation and training activity is executed with precision. You will manage onboarding, logistics, training schedules, and compliance records to support the successful delivery of high-impact projects across the business from our Belmont office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate mobilisation of field teams, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Manage onboarding, Verification of Competency (VoC), and site access requirements.
- Book and oversee travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Maintain mobilisation checklists and project-specific plans.
- Schedule and manage internal and external training sessions.
- Monitor training compliance and certification expiry dates.
- Liaise with training providers and manage training budgets.
- Prepare reports on mobilisation status and training metrics.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mobilisation, site coordination, or project administration (ideally in infrastructure, construction, or resources).
- Strong planning and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with training matrices, onboarding processes, and compliance systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAM Workflow, SuccessFactors, Pegasus is a plus.
- Knowledge of WHS and HR compliance requirements (e.g., White Card, VoCs, inductions).
