**About the Role**
The Change Manager is responsible for delivering high quality change strategies that ensure sustainable embedding of changes across the business. The role works closely with change sponsors, business owners and product owners to deliver on strategic initiatives
**Essential duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Facilitate change management activities to deliver a comprehensive change management approach, developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
- Manage assigned change management projects, ensuring completion within required deadlines and to a quality standard.
- Develop change management strategies, including impact assessments, communication, training and reinforcement plans.
- Provide change advice to project delivery teams, stakeholders and leaders to ensure they are set up for change success and their people are ready, willing and able to do things differently.
- Develop relationships with business stakeholders and leaders to drive change leadership.
- Identify and manage risks and issues associated with the impact of change and develop an approach for mitigation.
- Continuously build change management capability across TMBL through education and coaching of leaders.
- Develop and maintain change management tools provided to leaders to assist in managing change in their areas
**About You**
You will ideally have circa 3 years change management experience with practical experience in managing cultural, operational and technical organisational changes. Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practice essential as is your communication writing skills.
**Other criteria include**:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. change management, human resources, etc)
- Human Resources, Organisational Development or Project Management background desired
- Understanding of Agile and human-centered design methodologies
- A proactive and autonomous approach to delivering effective change outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops and discovery sessions
- Experience partnering with project teams to successfully deliver projects and maintain momentum in the delivery of change
- An interest in the Financial Services Industry
