**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a ICT Change Analyst to be part of our Business Engagement Team, Transformation and Delivery Office. The Change Analyst is responsible for delivering Organisational Change Management activities to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes, meeting business schedule and budget objectives, with emphasis on the people side of change. The Change Analyst will be working closely with the Project Manager and Program Change Manager to drive successful engagement, delivery and adoption of new system processes and changes.
