We are excited to be seeking an experienced Project Management Office Lead (PMO Lead), who will partner with senior stakeholders, to empower the delivery of strategic projects across our Australian and New Zealand business. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, with the successful applicant to be based in either North Sydney or Brisbane.

**Salary**: Competitive salary plus super PLUS annual bonus incentive
So, what’s the job?
The PMO Lead is responsible for designing, building and scaling the business PMO capability to support a culture of project excellence across the organisation.
- You’ll enable the broad and effective implementation of PMO processes and policies across target business functions through championing PMO adoption
- You’ll collaborate with Project Managers to set up formalised, structured tracking programs for all projects
- You’ll consolidate financial results and forecasts and provide portfolio level reporting on costs and benefits
- You’ll identify, monitor, and manage risks across the portfolio
- You’ll facilitate communication between technical teams and internal customers
- You’ll implement support of new ways of working
And what are we looking for?
To be successful in this role
- You’ll have 5+ years' experience as a PMO Lead within an Insurance or Financial Services Industry experience (highly desirable)
- You’ll have experience working in agile cross-functional environments
- You’ll have a certification in Project Management such as PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2
- You’ll have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Project Management software tools
- You’ll have a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
