**The Role**

As the Operations Manager for Civil/Road Infrastructure, you will take on a key leadership role as part of CPM’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will be responsible for the delivery of the business strategy, targets and outcomes including Clients, People, Profit & Loss, Safety and Quality. You will have a demonstrated track record of building teams, developing winning client strategies and relationships, and delivering quality project outcomes on transport & civil related projects.

Key accountabilities include;

**Leadership & Management**
- Demonstrates Company Values to clients, team member and stakeholders
- Development of Business Plan to align with CPM strategy
- Develop, manage and achieve budgets (Revenue, COS, Expenses, Net Profit targets)
- Monthly Reporting
- Identifies and manages business risk
- Manage staff performance and actively involved in staff annual performance appraisals
- Team Resourcing and achievement of target utilisation
- Actively mentors and coaches CPM staff

**Business Development**
- Position and win new work as per Business Plan
- Develop and expand existing client relationships
- Identify new clients that align with business plan
- Membership to relevant industry bodies with active participation in events & advocacy forums

**Project Work & Quality**
- Achieve individual direct project and client work targets

_Client-Side Project Management Consulting Services_. Exposure to major projects working with QLD Department of Main Roads (DTMR) will be considered advantageous.
