**About this role**:
Work with a leading and trusted owner, operator and manager of Aged Care and Retirement communities across Australia. You will assist in the coordination of day-to-day tasks including quality assurance, process development, and administration assistance along with working on larger projects and rollouts.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support the process for business case approvals to the executive team
- Creating PowerPoint presentations of newly completed projects
- Tracking status and spending of refurbishment projects
- Coordinating contract and internal approvals and creating supplier agreements
- Supporting and coordinating re-occurring meetings and minutes taking
- Administration support to process development as the team evolves
- Providing assistance to annual asset reviews process with external provider
- Assisting with the setup of new IT software currently being sourced and providing training on this
- Ensuring quality assurance to company policies and procedures
- Support the design manager in ordering, delivery, and site implementation of furniture and accessories

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 3 years+ experience in administration/coordination tasks, preferably in the construction industry
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks
- An interest in interior design
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Strong MS Office and computer skills
