**Job Title**: Service Coordinator
**Salary**: SNSW Grade 6 - The package includes base salary range of $85,345 - $90,813, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
**Location**: Various Service NSW Centre’s located in the Sydney North and Central Coast Area

**About the opportunity**

Day-to-day, the Service Coordinator supports and coaches a team of customer service team members, ensures efficient operations and quality service levels are maintained, acts as the escalation point for issues impacting customers and performs financial and admin duties as required.

This role requires a high degree of face-to-face interaction and supports the Service Centre Manager in the form of employee management and various financial and administrative duties when required.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A genuine passion for delivering a great customer experience as this role involves a high degree of face-to-face interaction
- Previous experience in supervising or leading a team in a high-volume customer centric business or similar environment
- Ability to coach, train and mentor employees to achieve individual and organisational goals
- A keen interest to keep abreast of NSW government initiatives and maintain a high-level specialist knowledge relevant to Service NSW products, processes and operating practices and procedures
- Proactivity in balancing resources to ensure optimal service levels, including the promotion of self-service facilities and allocating resources by demand
- Innovation by contributing new ideas to support continuous improvement strategies

**Remuneration**
SNSW Grade 6 package includes base salary range of ($85, 345 to $90, 813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

**Availability / Rostering**
Service Centre operating hours vary between locations: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 3:00pm.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work on a rotating roster across the operating hours of the centre, in accordance with business requirements.
