**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity for self-motivated & dynamic individual to join the team at Transgrid as a Community and Stakeholder Coordinator In your new role as the Community and Stakeholder Coordinator you will provide engagement and communications support to assist in the delivery of stakeholder engagement activities on the HumeLink project.

**As**The Community and Stakeholder Coordinator you will**:

- Assist with the development and implementation of communication strategies and communication action plans in line with Transgrid’s requirements to ensure landowners, community members and other local stakeholders are engaged at the appropriate level and time.
- Work closely with the Engagement Lead and Delivery Partners in the implementation of effective community and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Assist with meeting and event coordination for forums, briefings, webinars, information sessions, landholder meetings and workshops, in line with IAP2 standards
- Draft communication content and materials to support engagement and work with suppliers, including graphic designers and printers, to deliver them

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant qualifications or suitable experience in supporting communications, project management or public relations
- Experience planning and coordinating events and meetings
- Analytical skills and proven ability to undertake stakeholder or community research to understand and help develop controls and responses
- Experience drafting reports, communication materials, briefing notes or correspondence
- Experience assisting with on-ground engagement activities with landowners and community members
- Hold a current NSW driver licence.
