**About the Company**

This is a leading Government Agency who are seeking an experienced Communications Stakeholder Engagement Manager to manage stakeholder relations, and internal and external communications.

**About the role**
- Provide advice and inform key stakeholders and foster support for changes required to implement the recommendations
- Manage stakeholder relations, and internal and external communications,
- Manage and oversee relationships to ensure that engagement with the top strategic stakeholders is managed effectively including a single point of entry to the team.
- Establish and maintain strong and cooperative relationships across the cluster, key industry and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective policy management and implementation.
- Develop high quality executive briefings and assist with the resolution of high profile matters of public interest through ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders and effective leadership skills.
- Motivate, encourage and inspire the development of a strong, effective, efficient, ethical and professional team with a clear focus on the delivery of planned outcomes and the continual development of the capabilities and capacities of the individual team members.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage stakeholder relations, and internal and external communications.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated experience
