**Position: Trainer / Assessor for RII50520 Diploma and RII60520 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design**

**Location**: Perth
**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures and training sessions for the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design courses.
- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students, including mentoring and advising.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other college activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment or higher or willing to obtain these qualifications.
- At least 3 years of industry experience in construction or a related area. Overseas also acceptable.
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Knowledge about softwares like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUP, Civil3D.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
