Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Professional to join our team as a Trainer & Assessor. This role will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering teaching programs that align with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of students in the civil construction industry
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to ensure effective program delivery and continuous improvement
  • Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback
  • Cultivate strong relationships with industry partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Key Requirements
  • A recognised qualification in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of civil construction design principles and project management methodologies
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction design and project management, preferably with experience in geotechnical design
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive learning culture
