Oreion are currently working with a mid-tier gold miner here in WA looking for a Operational Trainer & Assessor for a 8:6 roster fifo from Perth.

Starting as a minimum three-month contract with the opportunity potentially going perm if it is suited to both parties. $65 - $70 per hour plus super. 12-hour days.

**Duties**:

- Identify training needs by conducting training needs analysis;
- Assist to develop and execute training plans for departments across site;
- Identify and source suitable courses from external sources;
- Design, develop and deliver internal training packages to meet business needs;
- Assist in the coordination of on-site and off-site training;
- Conduct training courses and assessments including, but not limited to, orientation workshops, VOCs, safety awareness programs and inductions;
- Maintain training records, documents and packages;
- Evaluate the ongoing efficacy of training programs and packages and implement improvements where required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential);
- Mining / processing operational experience (essential);
- Experience with INX Intuition (desirable);
- Knowledge and experience of training and assessment practices and associated legislation;
- Intermediate level user of MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Current WA class C manual drivers licence

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:
