**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Project Trainer and Assessor for 12 month contract to conduct training and assessment activities on a FIFO arrangement (2/1 roster). The Trainer and Assessor / Coach will plan and manage EPCM training systems and train supervisors and frontline leaders.
- Development and delivery of project specific site training programs and packages (planning, course outlines, facilitator guides and presentations)
- Review program resources for effectiveness
- Integrate the leadership program into daily executable tasks
- Analyse data program and program trends in line with legislative requirements
- Assist management and contracting partners with the implementation of Health and Safety Management activities for the Project
- Lead, champion and coach CRM implementation and other safety initiatives as directed by the Senior Site Executive or Site H&S Manager

Qualifications:
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience in Rio Tinto projects safety systems
- Extensive technical, practical and leadership experience in HS including experience in strategic planning and demonstrable experience in driving industry leadership in HS performance
- Relevant professional experience in a H&S Trainer and Assessor role within the mining resources or mining construction sectors
- Ability to show leadership in the field and be able to influence behaviours, particularly of contracting partners
