**Job Description**:
As a Reservations Agent you will provide luxury service to our guests while being knowledgeable about the hotel product to craft tailor made stays. Within this role you will:

- Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and promotions and actively promote these to guests
- Process reservations and update guest profiles
- Attend to guest’s requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills
- Experience in reservations or similar role
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Passion for providing friendly personalised customer service
- Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
- Opera PMS experience preferred
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment or luxury service role advantageous
