The Cluster Reservations Agent supports the Cluster Reservations Team in handling reservations for the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, Pier One Sydney Harbour and Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Update information of new guests, ensuring are precise and correct.
- Maintain guest history, update and ensure the latest information is retained in the record.
- Handling and processing reservations and inquiries. Successfully generate reservations from all enquiries.
- Ensure the inputting of all reservations is completed in a timely fashion
- Process all correspondence in respect of bookings
- Offer onward reservations for other properties within the Marriott group

**Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge of Opera is preferred
- Great customer service with a can-do attitude
- Previous experience in a reservations teams preferred
- Eligibility to work in Australia
