Sydney, Australia House Made Hospitality Full time

We are looking for detail-oriented hospitality reservation agents to join our team. Every day we help guests and potential guests with their booking needs. We have over 9 venues across Sydney from the CBD to Surry Hills to Bondi Beach.

In this role you will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making suggestions, and booking restaurant reservations.

You must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of venues, offerings, table configurations, settings and timings.

**Reservation Agent Responsibilities**:

- Managing guest requirements on our online booking portal
- Assisting and advising guests on our food, beverage and dining options.
- Making reservations for guests based on their various requirements
- Checking the availability of restaurants for the guests desired date
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to guests
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Selling and crossing promoting reservations
- Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing guests of additional services or specials
- Providing support to those who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

**Reservation Agent Requirements**:

- High school diploma.
- Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries
- Experience working in hospitality in a front desk or service role
- Customer-service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Computer skills.
- Data entry experience.
- Flexible working hours.
- Must have good attention to detail and keen to learn

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
