- We are currently looking for that special person to become our Workplace Experience Officer. This new role will play a central part in delivering a positive, efficient, and welcoming experience for all staff, clients, and visitors at our Chatswood office. This role is responsible for managing front-of-house reception duties while overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. By ensuring the workplace is well-organised, functional, and engaging, the Workplace Experience Officer supports employee wellbeing and contributes to a high-performing and collaborative office environment.
- Due to the nature of the role and its front-of-house and workplace support responsibilities, this is a full-time, office-based position located in Chatswood, with no remote work component.

ABOUT YOU
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced delivery business environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
