We are are seeking a talented and dynamic Public Relations and Communications Officer to join a leading organisation in the employment services industry.

This role is instrumental in shaping the internal and external communications, providing guidance and support for marketing and communications activities. Reporting to the PR and Communications Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing the public profile through strategic PR and communications initiatives.

**Your day to day**:

- Handle all aspects of internal and external communication to ensure effective dissemination of information.
- Craft case studies, blog articles, and press releases to showcase achievements and milestones.
- Manage the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging
- Write and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets to maximise coverage and exposure.
- Support the PR and Communications Manager and external PR consultant
- Collaborate with Digital/Social Media Managers to create engaging content
- Develop and circulate media releases as required, targeting relevant stakeholders and audiences.
- Oversee brand management activities, including maintaining the logo library, brand guidelines, and communications style guide.

**About you**:

- 1-2 years of experience in PR, communications, or a similar role.
- Proven content writing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with PR agency environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in website management and content management systems.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Chatswood, with the option of one day of remote work per week and a competitive salary of $90,000 per annum + super.
