**Hawksworth are looking to engage a skilled HR Systems Analyst for a well known financial services business, ideally someone with strong SuccessFactors knowledge and a good understanding of HR processes. Ability to partner with key stakeholders within the People and Culture team.**

SME within a couple of the modules would be desired - Performance / Compensation / Learning / EC / Recruitment / Succession

The purpose of this role is to provide end to end support, training and provide guidance in matters related to P&C systems and related processes.

The P&C System Analyst plays a critical role in liaising with stakeholders in order to obtain, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes associated with our clients P&C systems. The role will support system changes being implemented, maintain tools, processes and audit checks to ensure all business and compliance requirements are being met.

**Initial 6 month contract with the view to extend** - Great culture within the team. SuccessFactors knowledge is highly beneficial but other HR Systems experience would also be considered. Role can be located in any state.
