**THE ORGANISATION**

Our client is a purpose driven, non-profit organisation with over 700 people based globally. They have a well-resourced HR Team focused on optimising the overall people capability and delivering the global HR strategy. They have recently adopted a new approach to pay and this newly created role will support the organisation as they continue to make this transition.

**THE ROLE**

This position reports directly into the Global Head of HR Projects and will assist with the implementation of a new HRIS, across this global organisation. You will be responsible for driving efficiency and enhancing employee experiences through the strategic management of the HRIS platform. With a focus on data integrity, user support, and system enhancement, you'll collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and IT partners to ensure a seamless HR operations service. You will act as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and issues, you'll provide comprehensive user support, training, and guidance to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
