Overview

People Processes Business Analyst – 2 month temporary basis

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our client's HR team on a 2 month temporary basis. In this role, you will analyse, document, and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all HR teams. You will work closely with various stakeholders, map existing processes, and lead initiatives to optimise the operational model. You will contribute to key projects, including defining roles and responsibilities, creating a service catalogue, and developing the ServiceNow roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and document HR teams' processes.
  • Support and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate changes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in navigating and simplifying complex information and systems.
  • Proven experience in business or process analysis.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
