This is a fantastic opportunity for a Systems & Data savvy analyst looking to take the next step in owning and managing the space within a HR team & the rollout of Workday within the APAC region. The role offers an opportunity for data passionate individuals to create change in processes, drive efficiencies and ensure best class practices.

**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Owning and managing the HRIS system (Workday).
- Assisting with the rollout of Workday & improving dashboards.
- Review & enhance work processes and system management.
- Provide user support.
- Support the people team with data insights & analytics, by delivering regular reporting.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Ideally 2+ years in a systems/ analyst position.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience using Workday is desired.
