**General Description**:As the Information Management Coordinator at our company specialising in importing Venetian Plaster goods and tools from Italy, the UK, and America, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operational functions and top-notch customer service. With your comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and industry, you'll oversee the flow of information to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide proactive updates, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating to the Senior Operations Coordinator as needed.
- Collaborate closely with our operational and sales teams.
- Monitor shipments from order placement to delivery, ensuring seamless processes and timely arrivals.
- Keep internal and external parties informed about shipping and delivery details.
- Stay abreast of industry and company updates to provide accurate information to clients.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies.
- Manage import and export shipments with precision, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate shipments with shipping lines, co-loaders, airlines, and transport carriers.
- Handle import and export documentation and reporting.
- Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Share relevant KPI information with internal stakeholders on a monthly basis.
- Prepare information reports for customers as needed.
- Implement new information practices as required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
