A new opportunity has arisen for a Project Officer join ServiceStreams vibrant and passionate Engineering team in Epping, Victoria. At times, the Project Administrator will be required to travel to sites in the North and North West of Melboure

The Project Officer is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the areas of operations, project administration and office management across all business units.
- Management of all facets of project assurance including relating to the works program including quality assurance and project controls;
- Assist PM’s in ensuring quality assurance and project controls documentation are prepared, maintained, completed, approved and filled when/where required, therefore supporting project teams in ensuring robust delivery
- Maintaining any/all registers (for example lot registers, documentation, ITP's/ITC's etc.);
- Management of compliance and client related documentation (for example audits, training records etc.);
- Report collation, archiving and distribution;
- Management of meetings including scheduling of meetings, distribution of the agenda and other materials and minute taking
- Stakeholder management; both internal and external; suppliers, project managers, finance and field crew
- Project scheduling, monitoring project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures and timesheets

We are looking for an individual with;
- Prior experience in providing project officer and/or administrative support to an engineering, construction or projects team.
- Experience in Inventory, and/or procurement
- Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office suite (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, IFS & PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communications skills and ability to multitask
- Great interpersonal skills with an ability build excellent working relationships
