**Your Role**
- Providing a consistently high standard of Enterprise Applications support, expertise and knowledge.
- Prioritising and performing end user Incident support and Service Request tasks consistently and methodically to ensure Ozcare's Enterprise Applications are supported and maintained to industry-leading standards.
- Developing end user training and/or processes documentation as required
- Managing timely resolution and/or escalation of all issues, ensuring works are completed to expected standards of accuracy and quality.
- Ensuring accurate and timely entry of data and content for all Service Desk Tickets.
- Proactively identifying and providing recommendations to continually improve Ozcare's Enterprise Applications and IT support services.
- Ensuring all Applications Support data, knowledge and processes are populated and proactively maintained and updated in Ozcare's wiki/knowledgebase.

**Role Requirements**
- Experience in supporting Enterprise Applications and strong career aspirations in this field
- Experience working in an ITIL-aligned or highly compliance driven environment and/or ITIL Foundations certified
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities and workloads with a high degree of proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of problems and work effectively to find solutions
- Experience in a not-for-profit sector is highly desirable
- Relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications within Information Technology or equivalent experience

**Additional Requirements**
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and COVID-19
- A current Queensland Driver's License
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-focussed mindset
- Commitment to learning and continual development
- Intra-state travel may be required
