About The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to build, test, and deploy conversational AI-powered Chatbots and Voice Bots for various customer-facing platforms such as websites,

messaging apps, and voice channels.

The Webchat Analyst (Bot Controller) will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Managers, UX Designers, and Process Excellence teams, to understand and meet business needs.

  • Build and maintain Chatbots and Voice Bots using no-code/low-code solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design Chatbot and Voice Bot workflows accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and data sources.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Chatbot and Voice Bot technology trends and assess new solutions for potential implementation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Chatbots and Voice Bots.
  • Document Chatbot and Voice Bot solutions and contribute to the overall knowledge base.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Chatbot and Voice Bot development processes.
  • Work with digital specialists and other key stakeholders to improve digital sales and service experiences and ensure effective delivery for Allianz.

About You

  • Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Chatbots and Voice Bots using no-code/low-code solutions.
  • Knowledge of bot workflows and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Experience integrating Chatbots and Voice Bots with existing systems and data sources.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a curious and creative mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
  • Good knowledge of industry trends and technological developments.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
