Reporting to the National Hospital Sales Manager, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospital sales representative looking to make their mark on a high performing territory. The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Driving sales strategies, tactics and promoting products to Specialists, Nurses and Hospitals across your NSW North territory - including North Shore, Northern Beaches with Newcastle to Coffs Harbour (as regional territory travel)
- Presenting clinical papers, promotional materials, and training to specialists and associated hospital teams
- Launching an exciting new product in the Hospital setting
- Successful sales track record in specialist sales within pharmaceutical/devices
- Results orientated and highly driven individual to work autonomously
- Strong commercial acumen with impact and influence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience and capability utilising a variety of e-platforms, CRM systems etc
- Highly organised, self-starter and solutions oriented
- Willingness to learn, with autonomy and a positive attitude
- Agile approach with ability to deal with a wide range of situations and functions
- Strong collaborator across key stakeholders

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences, Nursing, Paramedical or business field is preferred
- Successful hospital sales experience strongly preferred
- Territory and Key Account Management experience will be highly regarded
- Experience in gaining Hospital Formularies would be an advantage.
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Ability to travel, including regional travel 6-8 times per year, occasional weekend work
