The Role
This role will involve providing 360-degree recruitment services for permanent roles within the education industry, a purpose-driven and well respected industry. We promote autonomy for you to manage and develop your own client relationships. This is the chance to have ownership, influence, and the ability to shape your desk and direction. Our focus is on quality, building a brand that is respected in the market.
We'll teach you everything you need to know - you just bring the right energy, attitude and ambition.
What You'll Do
- Build your own desk end-to-end in the education sector
- Business development and nurturing new client relationships
- Conduct in-depth interviews
- Celebrate the wins (big and small)
- Learn, grow, and be backed by leaders with combined 12+ years' experience
