The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to lead the NSW/ACT Visual Merchandising team. As the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, you will lead a team to execute high quality windows implementation and in-store merchandising across all NSW/ACT retail stores in line with brand standards. Reporting directly to the Head of Visual Merchandising, you will thrive on the challenge of managing a team whilst directly impacting and influencing delivery and adherence to VM standards. This position is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the business, including the Retail management and store teams. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.
- Proven leadership experience within a VM environment, apparel experience required
- Proven ability to coach and manage a team
- Strong attention to detail, communication and time management skills
- Proven ability to interpret the VM direction and make commercial decisions
- An acute sense of personal style and presentation paralleled with strong business acumen
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to build meaningful relationships easily with stakeholders across the business
- Hold a current drivers license and be able to travel between stores as required.
