**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and partner with store teams to educate on our merchandising and brand strategy and provide store teams with training. Coaching and ongoing feedback
- Identify and report unsafe practices, hazards and incidents as needed
- Consistent implementation of the Work Health, Safety & Wellbeing obligation
- Delighting the customer at all touch points with engaging/inspiring VM
- Proactively identify ways to improve visual merchandising processes
- Continuously identify visual merchandising opportunities to grow sales

**What you'll need**
- Minimum 5-years of merchandising experience with a minimum of 2 years of multi-site experience
- Certificate of Visual Merchandising/related qualification in creative fields (or equivalent experience)
- Intermediate level skills in Adobe suite including illustrator programs
- Ability to efficiently track and analyse sales data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office programs
