**About the role**

As a **Visual Merchandiser** you will be instrumental in the storytelling of our new product lines. You will define the storytelling and sales building components including; Store Design, Space & Layouts / Zoning, Visual Merchandising of our range of Furniture, Mattresses and Homewares.
- **Your key responsibilities will include**:_
- Implementing and upholding our visual merchandising standards across the stores
- Replenishing stock and creating displays that reflect our trends and current promotions
- Leveraging our fixtures to ensure the store looks full without being overcrowded
- Creating an environment that tells a strong story, makes the customers feel welcome and increases sales
- Assist Visual Merchandise Manager with implementation and monitor standards of execution
- **What you will bring to the role?**_
- 2+ years experience in visual merchandising (ideally within the furniture and/or homewares industry, but not essential)
- Flexible and collaborative approach to work
- Sound knowledge and understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Physically fit and not afraid of heights (you will be up and down ladders and safely moving furniture around shop floor)
- Creative flair and eye for detail whilst also keeping to the consistency of the stores
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- **Role requirements**:_
- Must be able to drive/own a car to visit the numerous sites around Sydney
- Must be comfortable with occasional interstate travel
- Must be able to safely lift up to 20kgs

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.23 per hour
