**A little bit about the role**
The role is a permanent full-time position and is based in our NSW Region. The positions’ primary role is to represent the Kathmandu brand in line with the company’s creative vision, to maximise sales and to support the National VM Manager through appealing and effective merchandising. This is an opportunity to join a brand new team focused on new and improved merchandising at Kathmandu focused on execution in stores

The Visual Merchandiser’s key responsibilities will be;
- To implement and coordinate our visual merchandising needs for this region
- Manipulate the VM directive at a store level to ensure consistency and that brand objectives are met for maximum sales. This includes in season changes to layouts to best present product for maximum sell through.
- Set up mannequin, windows and in store displays as per VM and marketing direction
- Supporting the store team through executions and training.
- You will utilise your visual merchandising experience to showcase our product and enhance our customer journey
- In-store hands on visual merchandising
- Enhancing and elevating our brand within the marketplace
- Demonstrate strong people skills to build rapport with multiple personalities as you will be working with Regional Manager, multiple Store Managers as well as head office crew
