**What you will be doing**:
As a Smartways Customer Service representative you will be at the very heart of the organisation, dealing directly with a broad range of stakeholders and helping to ensure the right medical equipment gets to the right patient at the right time - its a fast paced and exciting place to be

This is a broad role with extraordinary potential to learn, grow and progress your career within the logistics, healthcare and medical device space with the role having an exciting mix of customer service and operations. You will receive full training and support to set you up for success. Your core responsibilities include:

- Responding to customer queries and proactively managing changes
- Taking and managing jobs / bookings in support of the operations across Australia, New Zealand and globally
- Supporting drivers as they deliver important medical goods
- Liaise with and build relationships with suppliers such as airlines
- Quoting / pricing jobs
- General administration and operational support for senior executives

**Salary**: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
