One Buyers Agency is looking for a Marketing Assistant to drive and execute marketing activities across the business. Reporting to the Director and Operations Manager, you will use your creativity and experience to implement unique marketing strategies to engage with our audience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate unique ideas and content for the company to post on our social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Assist with coordinating and implementing social media strategies & growth campaigns
- Creating graphics & writing captions for social media posts using Canva, InDesign & Photoshop
- Sharing relevant LinkedIn Articles and content across our network and educating our clients.
- Engage with and comment on our audience’s and networks posts, ensuring we are staying abreast of interesting industry updates, notable property sales and other relevant information across the real estate industry
- The ongoing management of our Social Media accounts ensuring we are consistently engaging with our audience
- Creating interesting and educational reels and video content to post across our Social Media channels
- Maintaining and updating the website
- Creating blogs and articles to share across our network
- Find ways to enhance the company’s profile across Social Media, Google, Website and Events
- Creation and Management of Monthly Newsletter to send to our network, liaising with Copywriters and Graphic Designers
- Facilitate partnerships and research sponsorship opportunities for the company
- Research and Implement PR opportunities
- Generating a yearly Property Report for our clients and researching campaigns to drive inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Creative & strong attention to detail
- Has experience with InDesign, Photoshop and/or editing tools and Canva
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
