In this unique role you will be our **Director of Positive Experience.**

- Full Time
- Monday to Friday - No weekends
- State-of-the-art practice setting

If you are an **experienced medical reception person (minimum of two years) **with a keen interest in helping others look and feel great - this is a role for YOU

Our dedicated team of doctors, injectors and dermal therapists need a dynamic Front of House Person to ensure that our patients are made to feel important, understood and cared for during their journey through our Practice.

General Tasks Include:

- Answer telephones and provide information to patients
- Confirm bookings and fill cancellation spots
- Meet, greet and direct patients on arrival to the practice
- Set up tele-consults for doctors / surgeons
- Assist with social media posts (under supervision of our marketing team)
- Keep all work areas neat, tidy and clean
- Order stock and stationery
- Open and close the practice
- Banking and end-of-day reconciliation

Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks and there is a real opportunity to GROW with the Practice. You bring the dedication, ideas and initiative and we will recognise and reward your efforts

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
