**JOB POSITION: MARKETING SPECIALIST**
- _Permanent full-time position located in Redland Bay, Queensland_
- _38 hours per week_
- _70K per annum + Superannuation_

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Seeking a marketing specialist with extensive experience in the solar panel and smart home electrics industry to join our team based in Queensland.

We have been designing and installing the leading Solar Power technology in Australia for over 10 years. The role is to identify market opportunities and to advise on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting our products and services.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supporting business sales objectives through planning, developing and organising marketing policies and campaigns;
- Implementing marketing strategies to reach target market, including the digital market;
- Monitoring and measuring campaign effectiveness as well as competitor campaigns
- Researching market opportunities and creating strategies for new opportunities
- Identifying and analysing data regarding customer pattern and preferences to predict and advise market trends and demands, effectively promoting our projects
- Coordinating production of campaigns for associated projects to support other relevant content driven projects and assist in delivering high quality marketing articles and media campaigns
- Executing projects with the team to create content, including designing creative content to assist in achieving marketing goals

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications**:
Successful applicants should have:

- At least Bachelor degree with a major in marketing.

**Experience**:

- Must have extensive experience (at least 2 years experience) in solar panel and battery marketing industry and must be familiar with Queensland Solar Rebates policies and requirements;
- Must possess excellent planning and analysing skills, strong coordinating and presentation skills
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships with internal and external parties.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
- Well-organised and detail-oriented
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redland Bay, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
