**About the Role**:

- As an Operational Control Centre (OCC) Officer at our Randwick depot, you play a crucial role in controlling the on-road aspects of day-to-day service delivery for Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs bus services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitor operations using radio communications systems and resources.
- Improve service reliability with PTIPS (or similar) functionality.
- Manage disruptions and provide timely support during emergencies.
- Liaise with emergency services and update network reports.
- Update communication, activity and reports within the network.
- Hours are a combination of two permanent shifts:

- Afternoon Shift: 13:45 to 22:15
- Night Shift**: 22:00 to 06:00

**Preferred Experience and Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport, logistics, or services industry.
- Holding a valid or ability to obtain TLIF0006 - Administer a fatigue risk management system certificate.
- Computer proficiency or prior experience across multiple systems.
