**About the Business**

Masters Pest Control, is a privately owned, established, and leading pest control service provider in the Sydney area, focused primarily on residential properties either through property managers or homeowners, strata complexes and commercial work.

Whilst we continue to expand our residential and commercial portfolio, we require additional technician support to allow us to better meet the needs of our customers.

Our core focus is to provide professional, reliable, and honest pest control services to a wide range of customers whilst having a good time within a positive working environment and culture, where you will be truly integral and a valued member of a medium team with big ambitions.

**About the Role**

This full-time role is a fully paid traineeship. You will be trained by our people in the field and attend training courses with a Registered Training Organisation where you will receive your qualifications and become a fully licensed Technician with Masters Pest Control.

This will be an exciting role for somebody who meets the below criteria and prefers to be out and about instead of being stuck in an office or warehouse each day. You'll travel all over Greater Sydney meeting new people and solving real problems every day.

There is no experience required for this position, we are looking for people that have:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Someone who is hands on and an effective problem solver
- Have a neat and tidy appearance
- You will also need to hold a valid full driver’s license with a good driving record.
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check will be required.

We will provide you:

- Training with qualified technicians and enrolment with RTO to complete course
- A fully maintained company vehicle
- Company mobile phone
- All tools and equipment required for your role
- Uniforms and all PPE required.
