We are seeking experienced Workforce Analysts to join our Workforce Analytics team.

As a** Workforce Analyst**, you will utilise your deep expertise in reporting, data analysis, and human resources to address workforce business needs. Leveraging your skills using a variety of tools, languages, and systems, you’ll research, extract, analyse, and interpret data to drive data-driven decisions for the ATO’s workforce.

You will have experience in one or more areas including data management/governance, data curation/wrangling, human resource reporting, data visualisation, or analysis. Your exceptional data storytelling skills enable you to translate complex insights into compelling narratives that empower clients to make informed, strategic decisions.

Additionally, you will be instrumental in strategically leading, and developing the capability of others, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional excellence.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Penrith, Sydney CBD or Upper Mount Gravatt**. A merit pool may be formed and used to fill future similar vacancies in these locations and other locations within the same metropolitan area.
