**BRAND NEW CLUB** - Anytime Fitness South Yarra is on the hunt for a passionate, highly motivated, energetic and genuine Membership/Sales Consultant that wants to use their passion for health and fitness to promote the growth and culture of our members and club.

**Main objective**:
Growth in member numbers.

**Other core objectives include**:

- Making sales calls and booking in appointments.
- Assist in managing the social media pages making them engaging and exciting - daily stories and posts.
- Implementing different ideas in the club as a part of member retention
- Socialising with members as a part of member retention
- Building relationships with local businesses as part of lead generation

**Daily tasks**:

- Start/End a shift accordingly.
- Taking prospects on club tours and converting to members.
- Complete the days assigned phone calls.
- Look after members.
- To spend a min of 4 hours per week focussing on outreach. This includes leaving the club to build relationships with local businesses that will result in lead generation.
- Following up on ALL leads
- Implement ideas for member retention and lead generation with the support of your staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the club and clean when needed.
- Report to Club Manager and Owners as required.

Ideally you will have:

- A passion for health & fitness.
- A welcoming and bubbly personality.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- You are comfortable approaching strangers
- Positive and engaging personality
- A focus on friendly customer service
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to show initiative.
- Current First Aid Certificate, Police Check, Approved Working with Minors.

**The following experience is desirable**:

- Fitness industry experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service/sales-based target role

This position is part time, 16 hours a week minimum. Working a 4 hour shift every Saturday is required but other hours are flexible.
