Our client ‘Next Level Fitness’ has been serving the health, fitness and wellbeing needs of local communities for over a decade. Their engaging staff and trainers are driven by achieving results for their members and clients.

They are currently on the lookout and hunt for an individual to commence an Assistant Club Manager Traineeship.

Ideal to the role is experience and a qualification in Fitness, with a minimum Certification 3 and a minimum 2-years of experience in a member-based fitness business setting.

In addition to the above-mentioned qualification, a requirement for consideration for this position is a proven track record in a results-based sales role of at least two (2) years within any industry.

Furthermore, and highly favourable is experience in a Second in Charge position, where team leading, staff training, team building, and staff management was key as a 2IC.

This is predominately a customer service membership sales role, the position will see you assisting members with problem solving, aiding and supporting member retention initiatives and systems, managing small dispute resolutions with mutually favourable outcomes, keeping the facility clean, tidy and presentable.

Additionally, the role will be to follow set daily tasks and procedures to a tee. Your time management, organisational skills and a STRONG eye for the finest of details will be highly required to perform in this role.

The successful applicant will be directly reporting directly to a Club Manager for day-to-day matters. Ongoing training and support will be provided by their management support team to ensure further development and proficiency in the role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $53,963.48 - $66,457.07 per year

Expected hours: 18 per week
