**Who are we?**

Meson Agency offers professionals (primarily real estate agents) access to sales assistants who have been trained and practiced in both prospecting, lead generation, database management and over the phone selling. The team is trained to generate leads, identify potential buyers, qualify clients and maximise the potential of an existing database.

**Job description**

This job will give you the opportunity to join a team of energetic people who work together to create a fun environment, with the office currently situated in the South Yarra area.

The role involves calling our clients existing database, updating their records, and then using our sales skills to sell further appointments and services.

The ultimate goal is to set appointments for our clients however you are also required to make detailed notes in a timely manner whilst upholding the standard of the clients’ brand.

**What are we looking for?**

It's a fast paced environment involving lots of keystrokes and mouse clicks, so the faster you can type the better.

We thrive off each other’s success and this is the benefit of having a fun working environment/workspace.

This job serves to be an intro into a sales career so if you think you want to gain some sales experience there is no better place to start.

You do not need any prior experience in calling or sales as you will undertake extensive training before starting.

Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English is required to communicate professionally with clients.

**Salary**: Award wage + an opportunity to earn incentives.
