**Who are we?**

Meson Agency offers professionals (primarily real estate agents) access to sales assistants who have been trained and practiced in both prospecting, lead generation, database management and over the phone selling. The team is trained to generate leads, identify potential buyers, qualify clients and maximise the potential of an existing database.

**Job description**

We’re looking for experienced **inbound call centre agents** to join our energetic and supportive team in **South Yarra**. This is a casual, part-time position ideal for someone with a background in customer service or inbound sales.

You’ll be answering incoming calls, updating client records, and setting appointments. There’s a sales element to the role, so confidence and strong communication skills are a must.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Handle inbound calls from existing customers
- Update and manage client records
- Promote services and book appointments
- Accurately record call notes and outcomes
- Represent our clients' brands professionally

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous **inbound call centre** or phone-based customer service experience
- Confident phone manner and fast typing skills
- Friendly, team-first attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English is required to communicate professionally with clients.
