We are looking for a motivated and positive individual to join the Jumbocorp team as a Customer Service Representative. The permanent position is full-time with work hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. **About the company** We are a fast-growing company established in 2010 providing waste management and recycling services to the construction industry. We are currently looking for two enthusiastic and energetic individuals who are quick learners and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Individuals who can listen to customer service issues and then offer innovative solutions to their enquiries. **The Customer Service Representative’s main responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Establishing and sustaining productive relationships with our clients - Provide excellent customer service ensuring all clients receive a prompt response to requests and queries - Ability to think through problems pragmatically with a high attention to detail. **Skills and Experience**: **Essential**: - High level of IT competency. - Positive and strong work ethic - Ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, love dealing with people on a regular basis - Able to work as part of a broad team. - Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organisational skills - Problem solving skills - Ability to remain focused in a high-pressure environment. **Desirable but not required**: - Experience in account management or customer service - Experience in the logistics, waste management or construction industry - Experience in software support **Benefits of working with Jumbocorp**: - Work in an energetic "can do" workplace - Work with great people who support each other - Work with fast growing, innovative company - Competitive remuneration package including super - Comprehensive training and support during on boarding period - Positive and supportive team environment - Once onboarded flexible work policy available.
