**Bookkeeping & Administration**
Seeking a full time, experienced administrator/bookkeeper to join a small towing company located in Airport West. In addition to the primary bookkeeping duties, this position also has additional ad-hoc duties associated with the day to day accounts and administration of the business and includes, but is not limited to:
**Duties**
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Receipt incoming funds including credit card payments
- Invoicing/data entry
- Processing payments
- Answer customer calls, service queries, provide updates and ETAs
- Develop relationships with our drivers and key customers
- Communicate effectively with drivers to resolve transport issues as they arise
- Plan and dispatch tow trucks in accordance with customer timeframes and workloads (training provided)
- Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
