**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The role is to undertake bookkeeper/accounting and administrative tasks.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Processing quarterly Business Activity (BAS) Statements.
- Financial reporting to external accountant.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Experience as a Bookkeeper/Accountant.
- Tertiary qualifications or other formal training in bookkeeping.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially experience in creating Excel spreadsheets.
- Good English written and verbal skills.
- Good organisational skills and an attention to detail.
- Australian work rights.

**What we are offering**:

- 8-16 hours/week (Thursday essential).

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
- MYOB: 1 year (required)
- Sage: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
