We are a leading sign-making company based in Sunshine West, Melbourne, known for our quality and industry reputation. In this dual-role position, you’ll ensure seamless office operations and precise financial management - the backbone of our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage day-to-day office administration**: reception, correspondence, supplies, and document control.
- **Handle end-to-end bookkeeping**: Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and GST reporting.
- **Maintain accurate financial records** using accounting software (MYOB/Xero) and spreadsheets.
- **Support management with reporting**: Prepare weekly/monthly financial summaries and budget trackers.
- **Liaise with accountants**, suppliers, and clients regarding invoices, payments, and queries.
- **Assist HR functions**: onboarding documentation, leave tracking, and compliance filing.
- **Coordinate meetings**, schedules, and internal communications across teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in **office administration + bookkeeping** preferred.
- Proficiency in **MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting software**.
- Strong skills in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High attention to detail with **accuracy in financial data entry and reporting**.
- Excellent organisational skills - ability to **prioritise tasks and meet deadlines**.
- Professional communication style (written and verbal) for client/supplier interactions.
- Basic knowledge of **Australian payroll, BAS, and GST compliance** (preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or signage industry (advantageous).
