We have a position available for a Fund Analyst to join the Lendlease Investment Management business. This is a full time, permanent opportunity based at our head office at Barangaroo, Sydney.

This role offers diverse exposure across the commercial property sector and across a range of major domestic and global investors.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining investment models, maintaining the fund model, undertake investment analysis, valuation sensitivity work, review of asset plans and preparation of portfolio and fund budgets, lease deal analysis, preparation of presentation materials, quarterly reporting, capital management, developing responses to day-to-day investor queries and correspondence alongside assisting the Fund Manager and Deputy Fund Manager in making and recommending investment decisions and converting new opportunities.

Other duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Fund Manager with implementing and aligning the Fund strategy, operating plan, KPI’s and budget
- Assist in developing the 10 year asset strategy/plan (including leasing, major capex projects etc) in consultation with Asset Management.
- Undertake the financial analysis required for investment decisions
- Provide insights and analysis on the performance of a portfolio of properties
- Develop forward-looking strategic plans to improve investment performance
- Review of draft budgets tabled by the Investment Managers and property management teams.
- Preparation of Fund budget presentations to procure relevant approvals.
- Review of quarterly asset plans against annual budgets
- Develop, maintain and utilise property investment and valuation models as required, across existing and new assets, for decision making purposes
- Structured quarterly and ad-hoc financial / performance reporting by the asset, property management and finance teams.
- Take ownership of developing responses to day-to-day investor queries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Develop cohesiveness through a strategic focus, open communication, knowledge sharing and collaborative problem solving.

- Leadership, problem solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to adjust rapidly and frequently to new situations and support others in adapting to change
